BB - 20 vs Vegas Nights 0

This game started out a bit slow with the BB 4th string QB starting the game. However he was able to manage within his abilities including a 35 yard gallop to the 8 yd line and punch in a 7 yd TD to a BB WR the very next play. I ofcourse follewd this up with a missle thru the goal post for the PAT.

BB defense was once again stifling pulling flags and sacking the QB for several key losses. Vegas nights was just not able to get the ball to their key plamaker WR, due to the ferocious BB blitz attack.

The 2nd half was all BB when their #1 gun slinger entered the line-up. He made quick swiss cheese of the apparent Vegas night Zone.

Overall another tuff loss for the Vegas nights...this reporter is hoping that 2 losses to BB and a possible 3rd loss to the Sharks does not keep this team out of a A playoff bracket this year...there has to be some account for schedule strength.

Next game was a thrilla

Bladerunner 7 vs Nuts 6

Bladerunners lone TD was scored by a super duper fast punt return......mmmmm that flag was hard to pull he is a shifty little fella.

Whats stands out most about this game was a crusical second half pass...I mean this thing ws like 50 yrds in the air...perfect spiral with 2 rushers in the Bladerunners face...The WR...#1 had beat his man by 15 yds...and was already thinking of doing the SOULJA BOY superman dance when he catches this PERFECT 50 yrd strike...and what do you think happen.......it hit the Bladerunner WR in the head, causing him to stumble on the ground and lose consinous for about 30 seconds....WOW..I may have embilished a bit but you get the idea......this was a HUGE momentom swing for the NUTS...they were hyped...driving the ball down the field. On what was an appararnt come from behind victory.

The nuts QB threw a safe 10 yrd out pattern to his WR....and what did you see....#1 on bladerunners covered about 18 yrds...to deflect this ball up in the air...he then dove another 4 yrds to catch this intereceptoion...and landed on his feet and scampered for about another 10 yrds...Well that sealed the deal for the Runners getting their first victory 7-6.....

And lets remeber fellas the MAN makes the beer the beer dosent make the man....

BEAST LITE FOREVER!!!!!!!

I was the QB last game, but I didn`t get picked on a 10-yard out. It was a poorly thrown deep ball to the left side, about 35 yards deep. It sailed, and my receiver was covered well enough to not throw that ball. Still, that didn`t lose us the game. We`ve consistenly managed to come up one play short of victory week-in and week-out. Demoralizing as it may be, we played the first half one man down and still limited the Bladerunners` offense to 0 points. Special teams was another story, our kicker had his worst game... but it was our special teams coverage that lost that game on the return. Props to that quick little mo-fo again, but I might just tackle you next time and take the penalty.
